I do enjoy painting backgrounds just as much as drawing characters. I've yet to do the 2 together though ^^; But for now, i need to keep practicing. The idea.. whatever you imagine.

Awesome work, looks awesome on a smaller resoloution as most speed paintings do, when you have some time refine it, especially the atmosphere, for you are allready off to a very good start! ;)
Nice work! :D

You're so good with backgrounds!
Really nice, although the ground-spell-thingy really stand out as it mostly done by a few lines. I know this is a speedpaint, but in comparison to the rest of the image, they could have been a bit better.

Overall, a great image though.
Speedpainting, shmeedpainting. Looks like stuff outta some famous fantasy landscape designer's concept art book portfolio.

...Which means it's awesome. >.>;

This is very well done. I wish I could do this in a month, let alone an hour. I like the whole idea of it. This came together very nice. :+fav:

Omg... 65 minutes :( I try and try but find this stuff so hard to do! Well job on this, the persons you see AND the atmospheric background. The coloured circles on the ground contrast real nicely towards the grayness of the rest of the bg =) Well done! ^^
